Its rather obvious though obnoxious that some merchants of god with the control over beliefs of people have tried to indulge in debauchery and thanks to the technology they haven't succeeded far enough. The recent reality television episode of Swamy nityananda -The self-proclaimed shepherd of 'soon to be' 16000 gopikas of which one is/was a Tamil actress; has brought forth a blatant reality with a question - "How do these guys make it big?".

A question several couldn't figure the answer of, or must have figured out but never voiced it due to fear of getting ostracized. It is an deducible fact that political and industrial bigwigs associate with these religious quacks not for the inner peace but for the silent underground black-to-white money conversion syndicate run by them. Since a trust organisation lives on donations and the donors identity can be kept anonymous, the mechanism of such a system is simple. The donors become the 'Bhakt'- a word which realizes into a person with purity of heart,mind and soul who preaches god with utmost dedication; and get paid in the form of handsome salaries and perks.

The system is foolproof and even rational-proof which is a great irony coming since Indian Independence. And then One day when the Bubble bursts, people start probing how such a famed politician or industrialist was serving such a scoundrel neglecting the cynical fact that all of them are scoundrels!
